The waiting room was clean and the bathroom was as clean as any hotel that I have stayed in. If in the area again and in a situation involving the mechanics of my vehicle, I will definitely go there again. All the mechanics are ASE certified and obviously proved it that day.
We returned to our truck to find the battery light was on. Next morning the same issue. The Chevy Dealer would not see us until the next day. Went to the Wisconsin Dells Walmart and they narrowed it down to the alternator but could not do the repair. The lady there referred us to CCJ's because she had gone there in the past. She called them and they said they could get us in.
I interlock put on my van and also had it takin out of my 2005 dodge grand caravan because of accident then put it in my 2007dodge grand caravan sxt stow And go I had to have it recalibrate and told me it was connected wrong so now I have to have disconnected and hooked correctly
They are crooks, and will rip you off if you let them. Dont let them...
We arrived and the lady behind the counter, Heather, welcomed us as if we were returning, local customers. My wife and son were barely in the waiting room before a mechanic had the vehicle in a stall. In about an hour, not only had we had everything thoroughly explained to us by Heather, but we were out of the door with a new alternator, tension arm and battery.
