Super disappointed by this festival. I purchased VIP for myself and my husband. The VIP package was worded in such a way that made me believe that some food and drinks would be included in the extra $100 I spent per person per day. Instead, the drinks in the VIP area were even more expensive than the rest of the festival. The VIP viewing area was off to the side not even in front of the stage. Half way through the festival we finally discovered the VIP bathrooms which were nice but not worth $100. This festival was very disorganized. Staff were very uniformed as to what was included in VIP. 1 bartender telling us that food was free only to find out that it wasn't. Paid staff had us waiting almost an hour while they themselves were trying to figure out what was included in the VIP package. I have reached out multiple times trying to voice my concerns and am being ignored. I even took time out at the festival to do a little survey with the others who purchased VIP to see if the overall conception was that food and drinks were included. 7 out of 10 people I talked to definitely thought that it was. This festival had a lot of potential and I would have loved to see it be successful however they have a long way to go. Definitely DO NOT purchase VIP!!!!! Hugest waste of money. I unfortunately have to work hard for my money and value what I use my money for. Feel like I was robbed here. Boo.
The only good thing was the music. The artist lineup was incredible the only problem was that nothing was on time so I didn't get to see all the artis I wanted to see. Second the food was great but it seem that some vendors made up the prices since there was no price board on some food stands. Third, once you entered the festival they didn't let you out... at least that's what the sings said and yet someone told us that they were able to go in and out 3 times. While we were freezing because we couldn't go out to our campsite to get sweatshirts. Last but not least the camp ground were horrible. The grounds had small tree trunks poking out and there was rocks everywhere. The showers broke down the first day and they charged $5 dollars to shower. The bathrooms were porta potties and after the first night they were disgusting. The camp sites were super small even though it only got filled half way and the "market" was laughable. The only thing that made camping somewhat fun was the people. If you plan to go don't camp bring lots of money for food and don't expect charging stations, decent bathrooms or cell service. Just plan on enjoying whatever artists you can see if they don't screw up the schedules. For the love of god don't camp out. Camping was horrible!!

Best festival, best staff, best security, best parking set up, best event campground, not too bad traffic at the end, best festival food, lots of variety, latin music for all tastes, best family festival, best of the best. My family and I will try to be there next year again !
