5 Stars for the food! Had country fried steak, eggs and hash browns, EXCELLENT! Steak very tender gravy awesome, everything really good. We did wait for a waitress to bring our menus and they were not busy. Also, they were slow to clean off tables near us, over half a hr and again they were not busy. But still would recommend them, the food was that good! The staff was also very nice.
If you are in a hurry at lunch, this is not the place for you. Waitress dropped food and never came back. Waited forever for a check, then waited for cashier to get change, then cashier stopped in the middle of checking me out to join the heated discussion the manager and a waitress were having. I had to get her attention to bring her back to checking me out. Food was ok. Wish I had been offered butter for the dry muffin. Last trip I had a better experience. Will give them one more chance.
Was seated right away when I walked into the restaurant. Proceeded to wait 20+minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge my presence before walking out and heading to another restaurant. Also witnessed wait staff standing around just waiting for orders conversing with each other. Honestly shouldn't even give this place a star.
I travel alot for work, and I'm a student. I can always get a great lunch here and staff don't mind when I linger a bit to do homework. Very welcoming, always!
Started with a nice newer very friendly guy. Then he got pulled off our table and were given a waitress who seemed very new. Took a while to get our food but the manager did go back to help in the kitchen. Then waited about ten minutes and someone from the back cleared our empty plates. Then we waited about ten more minutes and asked our waitress for the check. Then waited close to ten more minutes for her to get the check as she is cleaning some of the drink machines and dropping bowls on the floor. So we asked another waitress for our check and had to wait another five minutes. I'm usually a very understanding person and I understand she is probably new - but good service is good tip and good business. That would explain why there was nobody in there. Will not eat here again.
